6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shopsupsyrup@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Questions we get a lot.

  • Literally whatever you want to put it in, bestie. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, soda, cocktails, mocktails, yogurt, oatmeal and ice cream are a great starting point, however.

  • It means we're not quite zero sugar, but we're noticeably less than many of the traditional syrups out there. At just 5g per 1 tbsp serving, we're over 50% less sugar than other leading brands.

    That's enough math for today.

  • A natural sweetener derived from the Southeast Asian monk fruit. Around 200 times sweeter than regular sugar, it lets us keep our syrups tasting delish without all the extra calories.

  • Negative. Keep that thing on your coffee bar, kitchen counter, night stand or wherever else you need a statement piece.
