  • Literally whatever you want to put it in, bestie. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, soda, cocktails, mocktails, yogurt, oatmeal and ice cream are a great starting point, however.

  • It means we're not quite zero sugar, but we're noticeably less than many of the traditional syrups out there. At just 5g per 1 tbsp serving, we're over 50% less sugar than other leading brands.

    That's enough math for today.

  • We focused on making something that tastes indulgent without being overly sweet or artificial. Each syrup is crafted to blend smoothly into whatever your eating or drinking, so you don’t get that “chemical aftertaste” a lot of syrups have.

    What sets us apart:

    • Less sugar (5g per serving): So you can enjoy flavor without going overboard on sweetness.
    • Quality, simple ingredients: You won't find artificial flavors, sweeteners or colors here.
    • Naturally flavored: We use ingredients like real vanilla extract that actually taste like what they say they are.
    • Easy to use every day: Lattes, cold brew, tea, dirty sodas, cocktails, mocktails, yogurt, oatmeal, ice cream...you get the idea.
  • A natural sweetener derived from the Southeast Asian monk fruit. Around 200 times sweeter than regular sugar, it lets us keep our syrups tasting delish without all the extra calories.

  • Refrigeration is definitely not required. Keep that thing on your coffee bar, kitchen counter, night stand or wherever else you need a statement piece.

    However, if you want a slightly thicker pour or are looking to get the longest life out of your syrup, refrigeration is totally cool.

  • We use standard preservatives that are common throughout some of your other favorite products to keep our syrups safe, stable, and easy to enjoy every day.

    Because Sup Syrup is designed to live right on your coffee bar or kitchen counter, these ingredients help prevent spoilage and maintain freshness after opening. It means you can pour a latte in the morning without worrying about refrigeration, short shelf life, or changes in quality.

    As we say, life's all about balance. ;)

  • Sup Syrup does not contain any of the major allergens in its formulation.

    However, our products are manufactured in a facility that may also process dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish or shellfish. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that our syrups are completely free from trace amounts of allergens due to shared equipment or production environments.

    If you have a severe allergy or sensitivity, we recommend using caution and reviewing this information carefully before consuming.

  • Not around here partner.

    While we're not gluten free certified (yet), our ingredients do not contain wheat or dairy. However, our products are manufactured in a facility that may also process wheat and dairy, so please exercise caution.

  • We want you to love every sip of your Sup Syrup experience.

    Because our syrups are food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@supsyrup.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

    Unopened Items

    If you received an unopened product and need help with your order, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review your request and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

    Refunds & Replacements

    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead.

  • Alex, here ... historically, blue. If we're getting into specifics, more of a navy perhaps. As of recent though, I've really admired green, though I can't confidently say it's overtaken blue. Will update though if anything changes on that front. Thank you for asking.
