We are happy to offer free shipping after your purchase reaches $60 or more after taxes and fees.
We offer a flat-rate of $7.99 for orders under $60.
We use a variety of shipping partners including UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love every sip of your Sup Syrup experience.
Because our syrups are food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@supsyrup.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Unopened Items
If you received an unopened product and need help with your order, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review your request and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead.
